Greg and Justin were introduced by Brian Casel, of the Bootstrapped Web podcast. Greg and Justin joined a mastermind together and quickly realized they were in the same stages of their new business ventures.
An offhand remark from Justin about wanting to start a podcast documenting the journey resonated with Greg who was an experienced podcaster with nearly 200 episodes under his belt.
Zero to Scale is going to go behind the scenes and dive deep into the day-to-day operations of these two bootstrapped founders as they attempt to scale their businesses.
Among the many discussions they have had, or will be having, you will learn:
- How to get your business idea
- How to validate your model
- Getting your first customers
- Handling early traction
- Finding Co-founders
- Hiring employees and contractors
- Cashflow management
- Growth hacking strategies
- and the list goes on
Zero to Scale is for fellow founders and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to take the next step in their journey and learn from two people who are in the trenches getting shit done!
We hope you’ll join us as we share all the lessons we learn taking our businesses from the idea stage through to $20k/mo in MRR and beyond.
